Is it right for sociologists to not identify themselves when doing research?
1 Answer | Add Yours
It is unethical in the field of social sciences for a sociologist to decline to identify themselves. Sociologists must collect informed consent from each of the research participants before beginning research. Informed consent is given so that individuals are aware of the implications of their participation in a study.
