The expression `(3m^2 - 27)/(m^2 + 3m - 18)` has to be simplified to the lowest terms.

`(3m^2 - 27)/(m^2 + 3m - 18)`

= `(3*(m^2 - 9))/(m^2 + 6m - 3m - 18)`

= `(3*(m^2 - 9))/(m(m + 6) - 3(m + 6))`

= `(3*(m - 3)(m + 3))/((m - 3)(m + 6))`

= `(3*(m + 3))/(m + 6)`

The required result in lowest terms is `(3*(m + 3))/(m + 6)`
