By Planck’s equation, energy of a photon of frequency ν is given by E = hν, where h is a constant, known as the Planck’s constant = 6.626 × 10˄-34 Js.

Here, the frequency of the FM radio station is 101 MHz Hz. = 101 × 10˄6. So, energy of a photon can be obtained by just putting this value of frequency in the Planck’s equation.

Therefore, the energy of the associated photon will be E = 6.626 × 10˄-34 × 101 × 10˄6 J = 6.69226 × 10˄-26 J.

The energy of the associated photon, having frequency 101 MHz will be 6.69226 × 10˄-26 J.
