It isn't possible to provide the net ionic equation unless both the sides of the chemical equation are available.
The ionic equation of one side of the chemical equation that is provided is:
`HNO_3 (aq)+ KOH(aq)` : `H^+ + (NO_3)^(-) + K^+ OH^-`
`HNO_3 (aq) + Mg(OH)_2 (s)` : `H^(+) + (NO_3)^(-) + Mg(OH)_2`
