FALSE. They enjoy [i]Prosecutorial Immunity[/i], similar to [i]Judicial Immunity[/i] or [i]Absolute Immunity[/i] Judges enjoy.

Police enjoy (have) Qualified Immunity.

With very RARE exceptions, Prosecutor's and Judge's can not be sued, period, for official acts.
