Is it possible to sow seeds without tilling the land and still expect same yield/produce ?

normal agricultural activities include land tilling but in jungle, plants grow without tilling. Is it possible to produce food grains and vegetables by just sprading seeds without tilling the land and sowing the seeds in a cultivated land.

The land you describe, in the jungle, is a tropical, moist environment with a lot of decaying organic matter which provides a medium for seeds to germinate without having to till the soil.  It depends on the soil type, the geographical location, and the climate of the location.  It is possible to sow seeds in an untilled area and have crops produced, but it depends on the factors mentioned above.
