Can you give me some ideas for an essay on the following topic: What kind of future do...

eNotes editors do not write essays for students, although they will give you whatever ethical assistance they can. No one but yourself could tell your teacher what kind of future you wish to create for yourself and the world. I have moved your question to Essay Lab. If I were you I would focus on my wishes for myself rather than for the entire world. You are only a freshman in college and in no position to be planning the world's future. You could conclude your essay about your past, present and future with a short paragraph about your hopes for the rest of the world.
The word "essay" is from the French. It just means an attempt. Your best bet is to go ahead and attempt to express your own thoughts about your future. No doubt you want to start by getting a college degree, possibly an advanced degree, and then to go into some line of work that will give you satisfaction as well as a comfortable income. If you express your thoughts honestly, you will probably get a good grade and make your teacher pleased.
