First we will convert all numbers to percentage.

==> 0.09 = 0.09 *100% = 9%

==> 1% = 1%

11% = 11%

1/8 = 1/8 *100% = 12.5%

Now we will rewrite into orders from least to greatest.

==> 1% < 9% < 11% < 12.5%

Now we will rewrite the original numbers.

==> 1% < 0.09 < 11% < 1/8

0.09, 1%,11%,1/8

first step is to turn them all into percentages:

0.09 x 100 = 9%

1% = 1%

11% = 11%

1/8 = .125 x 100 = 12.5%

so 1% < .09 < 11% < 1/8
