What is the cartoonist's argument about the Occupy protests in this clipping?

In this cartoon, the cartoonist is making two arguments about the "1%."  First, he is saying that they are exploitative.  He shows this by the fact that the OWS figure (representing the 99%) is plastered to the bottom of the rich man's shoe.  The rich man has stepped on him.   This is a figurative way of saying the rich have exploited the rest.  Second, he is saying the rich are out of touch with society.  The man does not understand the feelings of those who have been exploited.

Thus, the cartoonist is arguing that the rich exploit the rest and yet have no real understanding of the effects their actions have.
