If the number 3000 is written in the form `2^(x)3^(y)5^(z)` , what is the value of `x + y + z` ?

`3000 = 1500xx2`

`1500 = 750xx2`

`750 = 375xx2`

`375 = 125xx3`

`125 = 25xx5`

`25 = 5xx5`

 

So we can write 3000 as;

`3000 = 2xx2xx2xx3xx5xx5xx5`

`3000 = 2^3xx3xx5^3`

 

This is in the form of 2^x3^y5^z where `x = 3` ,`y = 1` and` z = 3`
