I need to know the Domain and Range of the following rational expressions/functions.
1. y = -10/x
2. y = (1)/(x+3) + 3
Also, I need to compare them with the graph of y=1/x
Thanks for the help!

You need to remember the definition of domain of function, hence, since, the domain contains the x inputs that make the function valid, you should notice that at `x = 0` , the function `y = -10/x` is not defined.
Hence, evaluating the domain of the function yields that it contains all real numbers, except `x = 0.`
The range of the function cotains the y outputs that come out when using equation of function `y = -10/x.`
Hence, evaluating the range of the function yields that it contains all real numbers, except y = 0.
