I need help with concrete detail and topic sentences for my essay on Julius Caesar.

I have to write an essay saying who is at fault for the death of Julius Caesar. I'm picking Cassius but I'm having trouble with the topic sentences and concrete detail. I have to write a five paragraph essay; I have the introduction done but need help with the body paragraphs. Please help!

#1 Cassius is jealous of Caesar

#2 he starts the conspiracies

#3 he uses his armies for bribes and his army runs away in battle

A topic sentence for your first point should probably state that "Cassius thinks he is better than Caesar, and is jealous that Caesar has achieved such a high station, while he, Cassius, is just his underling." For one of your concrete details, you might want to refer to some lines in I,ii,100-118. In these lines, Cassius recalls a time when he rescued Caesar from drowning in the Tiber, only to find that now Caesar "is now become a god," to whose every whim Cassius must now submit. For another concrete detail, you might want to focus specifically on I,ii,112-115. In these lines, Cassius compares himself to the noble Aeneas, touting his own strength and courage in saving Caesar, who even so ends up in a position so much more powerful than him.

For a topic sentence for your second point, a simple statement affirming that "Cassius is the instigator of the conspiracy against Caesar" might be sufficient. For your first concrete detail, you can describe how Cassius first brings up the subject of a conspiracy to Brutus, calling it a matter of "honor" (I,ii,91). For your second concrete detail, you can focus on the fact that Cassius does indeed convince Brutus to join him, declaring "For we will shake him, or worse days endure" (I,ii,322).

I am not sure how you are planning to tie your third point to your essay topic as a whole. From your description, as I understand it, you are going on to discuss what happens when Cassius goes to Greece to raise an army to fight Octavius and Antony. If this is the case, you might want to consider that the whole issue of Cassius' army takes place after Caesar has died, and so would have had little to do with the actual orchestration of his death, for which your main argument is that Cassius is responsible. Other than that, you have a strong structure for your essay - good luck!
