Function `f(x)=4x^9` is not exponential function. It is a polynomial of ninth degree.

For function to be exponential the variable (`x`) must be in exponent.

Examples of exponential functions are:

`g(x)=e^x`

`h(x)=2^x+5`

`l(x)=10^(3x-7)`
