I need to compare and contrast the narrators of the stories of "The simple story of G. Washington" and "Kiddie Kar Travel". My assignment is to base this essay on my graphic organizer, which I have done. Hopefully I have it correct. I am not sure. The essay only has to be at least 5 sentences long but I cant seem to get started.
I have that the narrator is first person, the dialogue is fast paced and funny, the attitude towards children is that the claim is to love children and that by the end of the story the narrator does change because he is obviously aggravated with the child, In The simple story of G. Washington.
In Kiddie Kar Travel it is Second person, the dialogue is humorous in tone and sarcastic, finds children hard to deal with, and that the narrator does not change.
Is anyone willing to give me a hand here? Thank you.
