To multiply the given terms use the rule x^a*x^b = x^(a+b).

x^4 *x^8

= x^(4 + 8)

= x^12

t^15*t

= t^(15 + 1)

= t^16

The required product is x^4 *x^8 = x^12 and t^15*t = t^16.
