Let the number of single scoop cones be X and the number of double scoops be Y, the number of triple scoop cones is X - Y

120 = X + Y + X - Y ...(1)

X*0.9 + Y*1.2 + (X - Y)*1.6 = 134 ...(2)

Substituting X = 60 in (2) gives

60*0.9 + Y*1.2 + (60 - Y)*1.6 = 134

=> 54 + 1.2*Y + 96 - 1.6*Y = 134

=> Y = 40
