I generally prefer science to math. Personally, I just find science more interesting than math. While I am good at math, I do not really enjoy it. It seems to be one of those necessary things that we just have to memorize. Science, on the other hand, is fascinating. There is so much to learn and explore. There are so many different branches of science and each one is unique. Science has always held my attention much more than math.

I agree that science is more interesting.  The reason for this is it is much more visible in the world and helps us to understand more things.  Physics can help me understand how an airplane flies or why a spinning ball bounces the way it does.  Chemistry can help me understand what happens when I cook.  These sorts of real world applications make science more interesting than pure maths.

Math has been my favorite subject when I was a student. It's something concrete like 2+2=4 whereas science is innovation and quest in to nature. The very uncertainty in science adds flavor to it and makes it more interesting. Math is more or less complete truth though you do not know in mathematical research where it will be applicable. In science it is always the half truth and leaves you with thirst to know more. So my vote is for science.

I prefer science to math because the former seems (to me) more immediately practical and obviously interesting, whereas the latter can seem far more abstract and theoretic (except, of course, for basic arithmetic).  I realize, however, that much science is rooted in solid mathematics.

I enjoy Science over Maths, but English is my favourite. Advanced Mathematics, such as calculus and trig. have no real part in todays society unless you are in the Engineering field or Mathematics field. Science, however applies for most jobs, helping everyone understand how the world operates and works.

I enjoy science more than math because science explains the world around us, and that makes it very relevant to my life, even though I am an English teacher by profession. I still like to know how the systems of my body work; why the weather works the way it does; how to make my garden grow well; and how to at least begin to decipher the ingredients list on some of the foods I eat.
