Maths HELP PLS !

The sides BC and AD of a quadrilateral ABCD are parallel.X is the midpoint of AB and Y  is a point on the side AD such that AY=2DY .Find the area of the triangle CXY if the area of the triangle BCD is 100 cm squared and the area of triangle BAD is 120 cm squared.

PLS HELP ME!

Oh I get that. I had to do that too for homework- something similar. You need to do something with a diagram. Sorry can't explain it :( x
