a)      What percentage of the total are lollipops?

The mixed bag contains 25% lollipops. You get this by dividing the total number of lollipops (10) by the total number of sweets in the bag (40). The answer is .25.

For number 3, you multiply the cost of the sack lunches (6.50) times the number desired (10). The answer is 65.00.Therefore, it would take 65.00 to purchase ten sack lunches.
