The number of red marbles is 2

The number of blue marbles is 4.

==> Total number of marbles is 6.

1. First, you choose one marble .

==> Then, the probability of choosing a red is p(red)= 2/6 = 1/3

==> The probability of choosing a blue marble is p(blue) = 4/6 = 2/3

2. Now you choose a second marble.

We have two possibilities.

a. If the first is red, ==> p(red)= 1/5

==> p(blue) = 4/5

b. If the first was blue, ==> p(red) = 2/5

==> p(blue) = 3/5
