Using the Laws of Logarithm:

`log_b (b/a) = log_b b - log_b a`

On the other hand, `log_b b = 1`

We know that `log_b a = 0.82`

Hence, `log_b (b/a) = 1 - 0.82 = 0.18.`

Final answer is 0.18.
