It is given that `log_4 x = A` .

The value of `log_16 A` has to be determined in terms of x.

`log_16 A = log_16(log_4 x)`

There does not seem to be a way of expressing this in a make graceful way.

In terms of x, `log_16 A = log_16(log_4 x)`
