Hello.  I am not sure what you are asking, but I will try to help, if I can.  Some commonly used literary devices are personification, simile, metaphor, aliteration, assonance (used mostly in poetry), plot, theme, and foreshadowing.  As for "exposition-rising action-climax..." those are components of plot.  It goes like this: setting is conveyed, characters introduced, incidents occur, a conflict arises (all this occurs in the rising action), the character(s) set about solving a problem/dealing with the conflict, the climax happens, the conflict is resolved in some way, then the falling action begins, which are a set of occurances that reveal some sort of resolution.
