What are two different ways to overcome this obstacle and to get your delivery on time? See situation below.
You have been keeping a close eye on your production. Everything has been meeting the expected dates on your Merchandising Calendar. Then you get an e-mail message from your vendor who is manufacturing (sewing, hanging etc.) your product. The message tells you that the hangtag will be late, and this may delay your delivery date. List and discuss at least two different ways to overcome this obstacle and to get your delivery on time.

If I understand your situation correctly, it is only the hangtags that are going to be late, right? The clothing itself would be ready on time? If that is the case, here are two options.
First, you could try to arrange to have hangtags made by an alternate supplier. If your supplier can't get hangtags from their usual source, maybe you can find a source near to you that can produce an adequate hangtag in time for you to meet your deadline.
The second alternative depends on the way in which the clothing is going to be delivered to you and the distance from which it is being delivered. If the clothing is coming a long way and therefore has a relatively long shipping time, you can arrange to have the clothing shipped without the hangtags. If the hangtags are going to be ready in time, you could arrange for quicker shipping for them (by air, for instance). The hangtags would presumably be much lighter and less bulky and might not cost you too much to ship by a faster method.
