A license plate in Ontario has 4 letters of the alphabet followed by 3 numbers.
The letters of the alphabet can take on any of the 26 values A - Z. Each of the numbers can take on any of the 10 digits 0-9.
This gives the total number of possible license plates as 26*26*26*26*10*10*10 = `26^4*10^3` = 456976000
Of these Mark001 is one possibility.
The required probability is `1/456976000`
