Let vector x =< 0,2,-3> and vector y= <0,2,-3>

  Find  vector v such that |v| =( |x| + |y|)

Consider the right side of this vector equation:

`|x|+|y|=sqrt{0^2+2^2+(-3)^2}+sqrt{0+2^2+(-3)^2}`

`=2sqrt13`

So we just need to find a vector v that has length `2sqrt13` .

There are no other restrictions on v, so we can select the vector `v=<0,0,2sqrt13>` .
