In the language of Spanish, what is the conjugated form of this verb? Nosotros(hacer)

My grandaughter is taking college Spanish II and she says it is
hacemos which means "we do."
Mr. Mendoza is correct in the conjugation of the verb "hacer" except for the "tú" form which is : " tú haces".
You don't say which tense.
Present tense: hacemos = We do/make, we are doing/making
Past tense: hicimos = We did/made
