Justify 'Absolam and Achitiphel' being an Augustan poem

I want to have points to justify how this poem, 'Portrait of Zimri' in Absolam and Achitophel is related with characteristics of Augestan Poery. Thank You!

Dryden was influenced by the classical Augustan poets.  He wanted to write less like an Elizabethan poet and more like the ancient Greeks under Augustus.  Therefore, he was influenced by Homer and the other ancient Greek poets and also writers.
