Mutually exclusive events are events that cannot occur at the same time.

Event A:  at least 2 male employees

Event B:  2 female employees

Julia Davis only has 3 employees.  If event B is true, then she has 2 females and 1 male.  Since event A calls for at least 2 males, the two events cannot occur at the same time.

Events A and B are mutually exclusive.
