First, you must decide on a specific job on which to speak. Once you have decided, write down as many positive things about the job that you can think of. You may want to talk about it as a future occupation and why you would want to spend the rest of your life in this job.

Remember, you're not actually committing to the job you select for your speech. As post 2 suggested, make a list of possible topics. I would pick the one you know the most about or can discuss easily. You might want to make a list of things you might say about each job and then pick the one that you can easily discuss. In your introduction, you could say that there are many jobs you are interested in. You could briefly list the other jobs you considered talking about. This would be a good way to begin your speech as I'm sure many of your classmates don't really know what they want to do either. Pick a job that you are passionate about to discuss in your speech and you will do well.

Number 3 has a good point. Why don't you just choose a job you're interested in? It doesn't have to be an interesting one. You can choose one where you know someone who has the job, so that you can interview the person and ask questions to get first-hand information.

You might tie the job you choose to talk about in with personal traits, talents, skills, or qualities you possess that would make you a good fit with your chosen occupation. This might even be a good opening: a brief descriptive narrative showing you exemplifying one of these qualities etc. For example: "I see the blue sky above windblown hills as I chase butterflies that sail on the wind like stars on the black sky of night. Being a climatologist is the job I choose because I can study the things that inspire me ...." Or some such thing as this.
