`int_1^2(8x-3x^2)dx`

`= 8int_1^2xdx-3int_1^2x^2dx`

`= 8[x^2/2]_1^2-3[x^3/3]_1^2`

`= 8(4-1)/2-(3(8-1))/3`

`= 12-7`

`= 5`

So the answer is;

`int_1^2(8x-3x^2)dx = 5`
