What a fun assignment!
Start out by setting the scene. What stadium will you be entering for the big event? As you wait with the crowd, what are you seeing, hearing, smelling, feeling. Be very descriptive in telling about the people pushing against you, the noise of conversations around you, the smell of the food being sold from the concession stands.
When you get into the stadium, is it easy to find your seats or difficult due to all the others also searching for their places? Are you close to the stage or very high up? How does that change the way the stage looks, how the crowd sounds? What are you doing to control your excitement while you're waiting? Is the crowd noisy or quiet, talking with each other or singing together, helping other body surf, bouncing beach balls or balloons from person to person?
Be very descriptive and use lots of active verbs. Have fun!
