I think that recruitment fuels talent management in an organization through a couple of distinct ways. The most elemental is that it helps bring individuals into an organization that share its focus and drive. This bolsters the overall message and focus of the organization as well as increase the talent pool in it. When individuals are recruited, they are vetted through the process of whether or not they would complement or "fit" within an organization. This means not only would an increase of talent be present, but also that the message and focus of the organization is enhanced and displayed in a prominent fashion, in terms of the individuals being recruited. At the same time, I think that outside recruitment can help to bring more vitality and energy into an organization. At a point where the talent pool in an organization might be static, outside recruitment can help to increase vitality in said organization. This is another element behind why recruitment can fuel talent management.
