One way to figure out how to make a yes or no question is to substitute different words until the sentence makes sense and is correct. For example try “ Does she” with the phrase “has to clean the house.” The sentence “Does she has to clean the house,” is not correct because of the incorrectly conjugated form of the verb infinitive “to have.” Yet, “Does she have to clean the house?” includes a correctly conjugated form of the verb. Continue to experiment with “Will she,” “Might she,” “Ought she” and other choices until options are exhausted.
Thanks for helping.
