You to work both smart and hard. People who get rich on their own have to work harder than most, but hard work is not enough. You have to be smart about what you spend your time doing; if something is not moving you forward, you have to be willing to let it go and try something else.

You also have to reinvest your money as you make it. Supposedly Albert Einstein called compound interest the "most powerful force in the universe". Whether he really said it or not, it's very true. In order to get rich you need to avoid paying compound interest, and instead be collecting it on your money.

Another important thing that many self-made wealthy people give credit to is personal connections. Surrounding yourself with people who are supportive, genuinely willing to help you, and who believe in you makes it much more likely that you will stay on track.

Extremely hard work and probably a whole lot of luck. You'd need to choose a field that you know pays very well and work until you are the best at it. Some people get lucky enough to get rich through investing, but that is a pretty risky proposition.

Honestly, you're better off just trying to identify a career you would enjoy and devoting yourself to that. Seeking riches for riches sake is not going to be very rewarding in the end.

I agree thar just getting rich should not be a goal in itself. Many people think getting rich will make them happy. How many truly happy rich people are there? Many rich people are miserable. The ones that are happy are not happy because they are rich. Also, you can be rich in many ways. It is better to have food health and friends than material wealth.

This is a very good explanation

Getting rich is a goal.

It is a combination of hard work and dedication.

You start with nothing and work your way up

They say that the traits of financially successful people are often the same: persistence, work ethic, and single-mindedness coupled with a willingness to make adjustments to a plan.

I think it also helps to get satisfaction from hardship and to see problems as only temporary. With these characteristics, many things are possible.

u all have got it so wrong in life people

a man becomes rich not by his money but because of his heart

money itself is not rich so by gaining it hoe on earth will u be rich

I am changing my mind a bit because of bullbudder's post. Your heart determines so much things in life.
