This question is a little unclear so I'll mention two aspects of how biological components of being effect the female and male genders. The first aspect of effects on gender is through the biological development of secondary sex traits during puberty because of the release of hormones.
The second aspect of effects is through more subtle traits. Some scientists like neuropsychiatrist Louann Brizendine, M.D., author of The Female Brain, claim that there are trait differences and physiological differences between the genders and that this is due to the biological features, such as of the brain, which differ between the genders.
