How do you make 35 using four 4s? You can use the numbers 4, 4^0, 4/4, and the square root of four. You can use any operation.

Using four 4's:

1.   [ (4 + sqrt(4))^sqrt(4) ] - 4^0

2.   [ (4 + 2)^sqrt(4) ] - 4^0

3.   [ (6)^sqrt(4) ] - 4^0

4.   [ (6)^2 ] - 4^0

5.   [ 36 ] - 4^0

6.   [ 36 ] - 1

7.     35
