How do I write the vector that translates line segment DE to line segment D'E'?

Let translation be (x+3,y-2).

DE vector translated to D'E'. From fig , DE must be left to D'E'.Also from fig. we have

D'(5,-2) and E'(7,-1).

Thus D(2,0) and E(4,-1)

Thus (x+3,y-2) traslate vector DE to D'E'
