How can one prepare for computer glitches/crashes with online courses?

- Downloading or copying and pasting a number of assignments ahead of time. That way, you can have the assignments on your own computer and you will be able to work on them even if the class's site is having problems.
- Type your answers in a word processing program and save them there. Then copy and paste your answers. That way, a glitch would not be such a big deal. If the site loses your answer, all you have to do is to paste it in again.
- Don't wait until the last minute to do anything. If you give yourself plenty of time, you will not be harmed if the site is not available at any given time. You can always just try back later.
