How can I measure enzyme activity in a lab?

Since we have to use H2O2 and Chicken Liver (not cooked). I was thinking about measuring the pressure of the reaction.

Oh, I did this lab a couple of weeks ago.

It's mostly measured by sight, by how many bubbles rise to the surface (the bubbles are Oxygen, emitted by the enzyme reaction).

I'm not very sure how to measure by pressure, though.
