There is no "centre of charge" notion available to us. Siple reason is charge is vector quantity . We know same charge repulsive where as opposite charges attracts.Mass is scalar quantity and it denote inertia.
Charge we consider as a point charge and consider distance between them.Charge and mass are almost differnt fundamental concepts.
