The key to answering this question is to understand what the scientific method is. This is the method we use to observe our enviroment, pose a question, determine what we think the answer will be, and develop a way to test our question to get results which prove or disprove our answer. First you want to make an observation, what in your personal life is interesting to you? What is a hypothesis (reason) you think that this happens? After you pose your hypothesis, ask what is your prediction as to what variables affect why this event happens? How can you test to see if your hypothesis is right? What are the results of your experiment? After asking and answering these questions, you can proceed to apply some solutions that will affect the causative variables thus permitting the beginning of changed behaviors.
