To graph the equations on the same graph, we note the slope and intercepts of each function.  Then start with one of the intercepts and move up and to the right to graph subsequent points.

For the first function, we see that `y=3/50x` which means that the slope is `m=3/50` and the the intercept is (0,0). This means that the line moves up 3 every 50 to the right.

For the second function, we have `y=0.03x` which is the same as `y=3/100x` .  This has slope `m=3/100` and the intercept is also (0,0).  This means that the line moves up 3 every 100 to the right.
