The function `f(x) = 9/(x + 1)` and `g(x) = sqrt x` .

`fog(x)` = `f(g(x))` = `f(sqrt x)` = `9/(sqrt x + 1)`

The function for `fog(x) = 9/(sqrt x + 1)` and the domain of the function is all values of x `>=` 0.
