We have the functions f(x) = 8x + 12 and g(x) = 3x - 6.

fg(x) = f(x)*g(x)

=> (8x + 12)(3x - 6)

=> 24x^2 + 36x - 48x - 72

=> 24x^2 - 12x - 72

The required function fg(x) = 24x^2 - 12x - 72
