The domain of f(x) is set of the values where f(x) is defined. Thus if x=8 then we have 8/(8-8) which is not real number. Thus f(x) is not defined.

Therefore

Domain of f(x) is all real numbers except x=8.

`f(x)=8/(x-8)+4`

`S ={x:x in(R-{8})}`

S is the domain of f(x). R is set of real numbers.
