I believe the question is which one of the answers are the most serious. And he highlighted the one that he believed to be the correct option? But everyone needs a liver that's why they put live into the word. And cirrhosis of the liver would be the worst consequence out of the rest, I think.

Yes, I think that cancer of the bowel is the most serious of the conditions listed here. It can kill you, obviously. The condition hemochromatosis is caused when too much iron is absorbed into the gastrointestinal tract. Symptoms are abdomen pain, fatigue, and bronzing of the skin.
