Yes, I think that cancer of the bowel is the most serious of the conditions listed here. It can kill you, obviously. The condition hemochromatosis is caused when too much iron is absorbed into the gastrointestinal tract. Symptoms are abdomen pain, fatigue, and bronzing of the skin.
