you multiply the two fractions that are greater than 1/2 and see if the product is less than 1/2.

So we have `a/b>1/2` and `c/d>1/2` with the condition that `a/b*c/d<1/2`

`2a>b` and `2c>d` with `2ac<bd`

Let a = 2 and c = 2 so 4>b and 4>d and we have 8<bd

Let b=3 and d=3 then 8<9 which is true.

So `2/3gt1/2` and `2/3gt1/2` and `2/3*2/3=4/9lt1/2` So the answer is 2/3 and 2/3

If they cannot be the same number, then

`2/3*3/5=6/15<1/2` So 2/3 and 3/5 work also
