Find the radius of a circle that the central angle is 20 degrees and intercepts an arc of 46 degres 46m.

Central angle=`theta` rad

Length of the arc= s m

Radius of the circle = r m

Then

`theta=s/r`     (i)

Given  central angle =`20^0=(pixx20)/180=pi/9rad`

Thus

`pi/9=46/r`

`r=(46xx9)/pi=131.78m`
