Find base area of a triangle with a base of 12 meters and an altitude of 14 meters.

We know that the area of the triangle is given by:
Area = (`1/2` ) X base X altitude
Also, given the altitude = 14
Now we will plug in the values into the equation.
==> Area = `(1/2) * 12 * 14`
==> Area = `84 m^2`
Then, the area of the triangle is 84 `m^2`
